ConSol*'s Apple specialists provide the IT support for the Bauer Systems Co. in the the field 'Mac File Services Operations' - that is, besides the 7/24 Mac-Hardware and Mac Operating System Support, also Administration, Incident, and Change Management, as well as the monitoring of about 30 servers with Nagios. For the individual composition of service level agreements, special attention was given to unforeseen events and international occurences with special media presence.
