ConSol* opened a subsidiary in the Düsseldorf area.

ConSol* entered the Europe’s 500 competition for the first time and since then has been regularly listed as one of Europe’s 500 fastest growing companies.

2000

ConSol* CEO Ulrich Schwanengel decided to extend the ConSol* profit sharing program to include all full time employees (it had previously applied to selected staff members). Currently more than half of Dr. Schwanengel’s net earnings on his ConSol* shares are disbursed to the company’s employees.

2001
In April, ConSol* extended its service portfolio by acquiring allez! GmbH, which specializes in Web design, DVD screen design, video encoding, and e-commerce consulting.

Our U.S. subsidiary ConSol* assumed responsibility for the “night shift” for ConSol*’s 24/7 customer support service.

ConSol* added the following new directors to its management team (in addition to the company’s founder and CEO Dr. Ulrich Schwanengel): Michael Beutner (chief technology officer), Andrea Stellwag (chief financial officer) and Bernd Wiserner (chief resources officer), all of whom were long time ConSol* staff members.
ConSol* was restructured into four divisions so as to ensure that the company could continue growing.
