Nagios monitoring is realized via plugins that act as standalone applications and are available for numerous requirements scenarios. However, we also develop customized Nagios plugins if need be.

Reference
The Nagios Plugins provided by ConSol* under the Open Source license have established themselves as de facto standard.
Some plugins and their functions:
- check_logfiles - searches logfiles for certain strings
- check_oracle_health, check_mysql_health und check_mssql_health - check different parameters of the large enterprise databases
- check_hpasm - checks the hardware status of the Hewlett Packard Proliant servers
