Premium Support: Inquiries per mail/telefon/ticketsystem, 7/24 1st-Level, Mo-Fr, 9 am-6 pm 2nd Level, 2h reaction time, fixed primary contact person, monthly fixed rate € 680 Nagios server/instance, 3 hours included, thereafter according to effect € 95.-/h (nights, weekends and holidays +100%)
