CM/Help-Modules for your Helpdesk: Toolbox Features More Functions

The flexible Web component architecture of CM/Help enables modules and plugins to be assigned to defined interfaces (APIs), making it possible to enhance current functions by employing a toolbox principle. Thus CM/Help offers a wide variety of modules and extensions (server and Web components).
