Our company philosophy is based on three sets of principles and practices:

  • Technical expertise: Quality through expertise
    As an IT specialist, we are always in step with the technological Zeitgeist – which means that our specialists keep abreast of the latest developments in their fields. Toward this end, we also hold in-house events (ConSol Akademie) that promote knowledge sharing within our organization.
  • Staff members as co-entrepreneurs: Dialogue – not instructions
    The ConSol profit sharing model calls for 50 percent of company profits to be disbursed to our staff members. This in turn guarantees that each of our employees does his or her best to ensure that we achieve success in all of our endeavors. Toward this end, our hierarchies are rigorously horizontal and we have instituted innovative mechanisms that enable our staff members to help chart the company’s course.

    In view of the fact that people are most productive when they have a healthy work-life balance and flexible working hours and locations, programs that promote a harmonious relationship between family and work commitments are an integral part of our corporate culture, together with open and honest communication.
