Allrounder ConSol CM at Gutenberg Rechenzentrum

Gutenberg Rechenzentrum GmbH & Co. KG (GRZ) is a leading IT service provider for the media industry. Its customers include large regional and national newspapers in Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Hesse, and Saxony. GRZ uses standard VI&VA software (which stands for ‘publisher information and marketing application’) to supports its customers in optimizing day-to-day editorial and publishing processes.
Multiple business processes have been optimized at GRZ using the dynamic ConSol CM customer management solution. On the one hand, ConSol CM is the organizational center for requirements management for developing the standard VI&VA software. On the other hand, ConSol CM is also used in the service desk and customer management. To this end, Gutenberg Rechenzentrum independently adapts ConSol CM to the requirements and maps proprietary processes for order management, license management, and sales processes.
