NÖVOG faring well with ConSol CM customer management software

NÖVOG (Niederösterreichische Verkehrsorganisationsgesellschaft mbH), operator of Austria’s second largest rail network, the ‘weasel’ railway, the ‘weasel’ bus network, and three cable railways, relies on the ConSol CM customer management solution to improve its customer service and its service quality. The transport company was impressed with the software’s flexibility, scalability, and wide-ranging and easily-expandable range of applications.
ConSol initially began implementing the software and setting it up for the new NÖVOG Information Center, which acts as a central point of contact for dealing with customer requests, complaints, timetable information, and telesales for all affiliated means of transport. NÖVOG was able to register over 1,300 requests in the first two months alone, and the trend is upwards.
