RZV GmbH: ConSol CM as a basis for ITSM certification according to ISO 20000

Unlike personal ITIL certifications, certification according to ISO 20000 evaluates the entire company in terms of service management for its customers. RZV GmbH now maps all customer service and internal processes with the ConSol CM ITSM workflow platform in order to meet the high requirements of ISO 20000.
