ConSol 24/7 customer support: ISO 9001 certificate confirmed by TÜV Süd

The ConSol operating center once again underwent the certification process in July as part of a fourth audit by TÜV Management Service.

Meanwhile, the certificate was renewed until 12 July 2018, and the audit reports were sent. The TÜV auditor confirmed that ConSol operating, with its 24/7 customer support, had achieved an ‘extremely good result’ and offered extraordinarily stable processes. The result: professional IT administration and outstanding successes in the area of customer satisfaction.

Process management in ConSol operating functions thanks to the customer-oriented BPM software ConSol CM, which allows for a high level of professionalism in the administration, monitoring, and consulting on the operation of customers’ systems.

 

History of the ISO certificate at ConSol:

  • The certification of ConSol operating in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 in August 2003 was achieved after only eight months lead time.
    After two surveillance audits ConSol received in July 2006 top marks in the required extensive repeat audit.
  • In July 2009 with a new auditor at TÜV Süd, the second re-audit took place, now according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. The result: excellent reviews.
  • Having been certified in the surveillance audits in 2010 and 2011 again high professionalism, ConSol achieved the third repeat audit in September 2012 successfully and got the certificate for the bu operating awarded until 12 July 2015.
  • The surveillance audits in 2013 and 2014 ConSol operating completed very successfully.
  • ConSol successfully completed a fourth audit in early July 2015 and received a certificate for the BU Operating that is valid until 12 July 2018.
