ConSol 24/7 customer support: ISO 9001 certificate with excellent evaluation

ConSol has been achieving top scores since 2003 – TÜV Süd certifies the excellent quality management system again

The Operating Center of ConSol underwent an inspection by the TÜV Management Service again in 2017 as part of the monitoring audit. Nothing unusual was found. The TÜV auditor recertified the IT company as having a highly professional IT administration and excellent consulting in customer support with its 24/7 hotline. The commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction, which has been at a high level for 15 years now, was given special emphasis.
Processes are managed in ConSol Operating using the ConSol CM software, developed by ConSol, which enables a high degree of professionalism in administration, monitoring and consulting for operating customer systems.

This was the last audit based on the old standard; by 2018 there will be a switch to ISO 9.001:2015.


History of the ISO certificate at ConSol:

  • ConSol Operating was certified by TÜV Süd in July of 2003 based on ISO 9001:2000—after only eight months of lead time.
  • Since July of 2009, auditing has been based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
  • ConSol passed the recurring audit required every three years in 2006, 2009, 2012 and 2015, always with top scores.
  • In all monitoring audits, i.e. on July 8, 2016 and July 28, 2017 as well, TÜV Süd certified the high degree of professionalism, for example, in regard to the safeguard for maintaining or quickly restoring the IT systems in the event of an emergency, and in regard to customer satisfaction..
