ConSol portal solution CM.Track has a new look and more space for further developments

ConSol has given the CM.Track add-on for its customer-oriented ConSol CM BPM software solution a completely new look as part of its software reengineering process, just in time for the spring.

The portal solution allows you to integrate employees or internal customers or external business customers and/or partners into the company portal (intranet). It now features a more modern look and also offers greater expandability with respect to its new technological architecture.

 

Details about the new CM.Track:

The new version of CM.Track features exactly the same scope of functionalities as the preceding version. This means that the portal solution allows the users to

  • Open tickets
  • Observe tickets
  • Comment on tickets and send attachments along with them
  • Search for solutions in the FAQ section.

However, the greatest benefit of the new CM.Track, which will be released at the same time as ConSol CM 6.10.5, is that it offers much more space for further development plans.

“The previous version of CM.Track was unfortunately inflexible in several ways, which we wanted to significantly improve. Reengineering the add-on was necessary,” according to Jan Zahalka and Katja Kramer from the Product Management team at ConSol.
“We are very pleased with the result and are looking forward to seeing how it is received by the first users. The new CM.Track add-on provides our customers with an interface that is easily recognizable, modern, and more user-friendly. At the same time, it is a flexible technological solution that we would like to develop further by adding new functionalities in the future.”
