City of Potsdam: Streamlined processes in IT services

Potsdam is the capital of Brandenburg and employs around 1,900 people to deal with management tasks. The majority of employees and civil servants work on PCs, meaning there are around 1,450 PCs and 1,000 printers to support. The ConSol CM process management system is now in use in the city council’s IT service.

Help desk employees particularly value the high level of transparency in the receipt and processing of orders. It is now possible to process tickets around 25 percent faster thanks to automated process steps. This results in a high level of user satisfaction, which in turn has a positive effect on the work performed by help desk employees.
