City of Regensburg: Task management

The City of Regensburg’s administration has been using ConSol CM’s Process Management Solution since 2003. All processes within the User Helpdesk, purchasing, and ordering systems since then are being handled using ConSol software. Instead of adding to the mounds of paper, employees create and store internal orders and requests electronically with ConSol CM and they are automatically forwarded to the appropriate departments.

All requests follow a fixed route through the agency, greatly shortening approval and acquisition times.

There are even employees who are jealous because they cannot use the system yet. A virtual city hall providing e-government services for citizens is planned for the future, based on ConSol CM.”
