ID.KOM: Optimal full service

IT service provider ID.KOM handles its customer service activities using ConSol CM customer service management software. In doing so, it bundled the core areas of customer support and task management across all locations. Further service-relevant information (assets) is documented and made available in the flexible CM/Inventory configuration database.  

ConSol CM makes it possible to automate many processes. This reduces the amount of work involved in order processing and creates transparent service structures. Furthermore, the process of working together with external service providers such as carriers was largely automated. Now, all of the information associated with a task, including all communication between the customer and the carrier, flows into one ticket at the click of a button.
