Umdasch Group relies on ConSol CM for its in-house IT help desk

The Umdasch Group is the technological leader in concrete formwork systems and shopfitting and is active all over the world.
Around 100 employees at the Umdasch in-house IT help desk now use the ConSol CM help desk solution to support around 7,000 employees around the world. The software is used in incident management to deal with incidents of all types, in change management for changing passwords and such, and for IT orders. All employees can use a web portal integrated into a web shop to open new tickets or view the processing status of open tickets.
