Responsibility with ConSol
We take on responsibility and we live values – in our company, in customer projects, in society. Steadily growing numbers of employees and sales tell the tale of Consol’s successful corporate culture. We would like to share this success. To us, corporate social responsibility (CSR) implies to take our values and our philosophy also beyond company borders. In all of this, we focus on a long-term and sustained engagement.
ConSol offers a workplace environment free of prejudice. All employees are appreciated – regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or ideology, disability, age, sexual orientation, and identity. This way, we create a climate of acceptance and mutual trust.
We rely on growing knowledge instead on information hiding. Our ConSol Academy is a platform for virtual advanced training. We use it for training each other and for organizing ourselves by supply and demand. The Academy is also open for our colleagues on parental leave.

Our Refugee Aid
ConSol is involved in networks and professional qualification programs, in order to facilitate the refugees’ start into professional life. Several colleagues with a migration background have found their way into permanent employment through successful vocational training.
Our Social and Societal Commitment
We want to share our corporate success and are committed to support children in distress and local cultural organizations. We also promote the volunteer work of our employees. In order to strengthen our immediate surroundings, we support education in the region and cooperate with schools and universities. We also favor local suppliers.

Our processes are ISO 9001, 27001 and ISAE3402 certified. We also consider the physical and psychological health of our employees a vital part of security.
Environmental Protection, Energy, Resources
We are a responsible medium-sized company and we make sure to prevent any negative impact on our environment. We use renewable resources for our power supply, we minimize our energy utilization by consequently applying energy-saving components and we make sure to chose equipment with a long service life. Of course, we separate waste and recycle at all levels. We handle mobility and logistics in environmentally friendly ways, i.a. with telephone and video conferencing, public transportation tickets for employees and company bikes.
